Tallinn Zoo and EAZA Small Carnivore TAG welcome you to the 2nd International Small Carnivore Workshop, which will be held on 4-7 March 2025 at Tallinn Zoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop is aimed primarily at those who work for EAZA institutions or its partner organizations and are actively involved in small carnivore husbandry, research, and conservation. The workshop will feature presentations and practical sessions on population management, conservation education, exhibit design, husbandry, nutrition, animal welfare, and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Call for abstracts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You are invited to submit an abstract (300 words) and select one of the two presentation formats: talk or poster. Please keep in mind that you may be asked to consider a different format, depending on the review committee’s response and further programme development.

The abstract should preferably be about small carnivore population management, conservation, education, exhibit design, husbandry, nutrition, animal welfare or training.
